FIP.01 (Widen FLR Distribution and Reduce Inflation), accepted in January 2023, distributes the remaining 85% of the FLR airdrop in 36 monthly increments to addresses holding wrapped FLR (WFLR). It also reduces the inflation rate from 10% in year 1, to 7% in year 2, to 5% thereafter. Distribution is based on snapshots of WFLR balances, rewarding participants who wrap and delegate.
